This undescribed "Tap" is also known as "Union Island Tree Spider", a reference to the island territory of St. Vincent where it may occur. Its carapace is bronze or copper and the body and leg hairs give it a rosy-plum overall coloration. As with all "Tappies", it is a lightning fast, quick-growing, moderately-sized arboreal tarantula that makes a beautiful terrarium pet.
